Going to the dentist is not going to your happy place. Firstly there is the potential for pain and discomfort followed by the inevitable lighning of your wallet or bank account. But it is always made easier when the receptionist knows your name, reminds you ahead of each visit and greets you with a smile. Customer support at its best.

Highly recommended. Jo is amazing! Always really helpful and goes above and beyond, supporting my daughter when she needed an emergency Orthodontist appointment. They have taken such good care of us that I travel from another town as I wouldn't trust anybody else to deliver such a great service!

Just received a text for my checkup. Called the dentist only to be told the dentist who was seeing me has left. I have been taken off their books without being informed but then sent a text to say my checkup is due. I suppose as they know the shortage of NHS dentists people can be treated with this lack of administrative professionalism.

The people and the dentistry are first rate but they clearly have too many people on the books for the available staff as a six-monthly check up appointment is impossible. The dentist asks to see you twice a year but the appointments system cannot cope and an eleven month wait is the best I could get and I am available during the day as I am retired! Update... April 2023 The system is much improved now the backlog from the pandemic is over. Six monthly appointments are now possible once more. :-)

My seven year old daughter was referred here by the hospital after she had a nasty accident at school and broke her two front teeth. The dentist was very good at putting my daughter at ease amd managed to reconstruct her teeth from filling material until she is old enough for crowns. Cannot recommend enough.
